We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Supervisor to support our client daily store operations in our client fabric facility.
The role involves assisting in the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of fabric materials.
This position is ideal for someone with basic storekeeping knowledge, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow within the textile or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming fabrics and materials.
Ensure proper labelling and storage of fabric rolls and other inventory items.
Update inventory records and report discrepancies to the Manager.
Prepare materials for dispatch to production or sales teams.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Conduct regular physical counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
Assist with data entry using stock management software or manual records.
Report any fabric damage, shortage, or irregularities promptly.
Support the supervisor in day-to-day stockroom duties and general housekeeping.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of SSCE.
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory roles (fabric/textile background preferred).
Basic knowledge of fabric types and storage practices is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or basic inventory software.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to lift fabric rolls and materials.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
