Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper financial records and general ledger reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Track budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario analysis for decision-making.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
Develop and implement effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory filings, and other statutory obligations.
Coordinate and manage external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Cost Management & Process Improvement:
Monitor and control operational and administrative costs.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Develop cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service delivery.
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise, mentor, and develop finance and accounting staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience into building and finishing preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
