The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mind-set for filling them.
This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release.
Responsibilities
Translate business strategy into product strategy.
Execute product strategy
Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market.
Plan and carry out product launches.
Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market.
Be an expert on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and why.
Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it.
Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.
Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients.
Collate feedback from sales and customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising
Skills/Requirements:
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
