The DASH project, which stands for the Research Network for Design and Evaluation of Adolescent Health Interventions and Policies in Sub-Saharan Africa, is a multi-country study funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Its goal is to promote and improve adolescent health through targeted research in three main areas: sexual and reproductive health, nutrition and physical activity, and mental health and violence. This project brings together institutions from Ghana, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Germany to develop a comprehensive understanding and intervention framework for adolescent health challenges.

Selection Process
Applicants are selected based on the following:
Master’s Applicants:
Hold a good first degree in relevant fields.Have at least two years of work experience in a health-related field.
PhD Applicants:
Hold a master’s degree in disciplines related to health such as Public Health, Applied Epidemiology, and Global Health, among others.Have at least two years of post-master’s work or research experience, preferably in a health-related field.
