Responsibilities
Contact riders to confirm deliveries and follow up on orders.
Call clients to provide updates on their orders and expected completion times.

Ensure smooth communication between the company, riders and customers.
Requirements
HND/ B.Sc in any related field of study.
1-2 years experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage.
Ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally.
Patient, calm and respectful when dealing with difficult or frustrated riders.
