As an integral component of the Presidential Amnesty Programme’s strategic goals to reintegrate Niger Delta ex-agitators, a well funded scholarship program is available to candidates that want to acquire tertiary education from selected institutions in Nigeria. This formal education scholarship, like others over the years, is aimed at building capacity among ex-agitators that desire a better life.

Requirements
Recipients must be indigenes of the Niger Delta States (Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-river, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers)
Only 2024 JAMB result will be accepted
Applicants can register and save their applications pending the release of their results.
Only new entrants level are eligible for Master’s Degree Programs.
Recipients of scholarships must not be involved in any act of misconduct or contravene PAP’s regulations.
PAP reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship offered in cases of any misconduct or if the information submitted is found to be false or misleading.
