Senior SME Relationship Officer at Addosser Microfinance Bank

ADDOSSER MICRO FINANCE BANK limited was conceived to provide Banking Services to small and medium scale entrepreneurs that have little or no assistance from the conventional banks.

The targeted customers include the petty traders, small shop owners, trade associations, artisans, taxi drivers, market men & women, low level civil servants, tailors, barbers etc.Main Responsibilities

Source for microfinance SME clients in identified market zones.
Creation of quality risk assets above N15,000,000.00
Evaluate customers’ business cash flow.
Analysis customer’s repayment capacity and financial soundness.
Put together a good credit write up.
Conduct loan appraisals and collect detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) when opening new loan accounts.
Ensure proper KYC is conducted on customers.
Render financial advice to customers and maintain good relationships with all customers
Ensure full compliance with Addosser MFB policies while observing operational excellence
Ensure all loan requirements inclusive of charges are properly communicated to clients and documentation are duly completed, executed & submitted.
Verification of guarantors of loan customers before submission of loan requests.
Monitoring the loan portfolio and follows up on repayment – ensuring the cheques for repayments are presented on due dates.
Ensure PAR is within tolerable level as specified by management.

Relevant Skills, Qualification, Attributes & Experience

HND / University Degree in Banking, Accounting, Economics or other related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
Good understanding of business process.
Hardworking, committed, ability to communicate and a self- motivated person.
Excellent interpersonal & numerical skills.
Excellent team player.
