Scrutinisng incoming spare part orders to ensure that part members / descriptions correlate to what is physically received and stock counts balance to the waybills and other shipping documents.
To ensure that the outgoing spare part orders are accurately fulfilled and that despatch documents strictly adhere to the requirements of company rules, policies, and prcedures.
Responsible for the label monitoring of spare parts and the upkeep of all bin storage area specification signage.
Responsible for inventory control and reporting, inclusive of conducting accurate stock counts as instructed by the spares department supervisor.
Custodian of housekeeping and compliance with all health and safety protocols and procedures with in The store.
Maintain the control of physical documentation and to keep all document files in good order.
Regular audits of workshop tools and reporting of damaged, or missng parts to the Supervisor.
Monitoring and receiving purchase parts as well as reconciliation with the mechanics and service team.
