We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure accountability within the project team.
Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure productivity.
Facilitate communication between different departments for seamless project execution.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address project issues promptly and find effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and successes.
Analyze project outcomes and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 – 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agricultural field.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
