As a business you would be responsible for driving revenue growth identifying new opportunities, building relationships and implementing strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunitties
Deveop and implement business strategies
Work closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and business acquisition.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
Leadership and team management
Industry knowledge ans awareness
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic business plans.
Conduct SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to guide business decisions.
Help manage the business development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Track business development activities and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development ormarketing is desirable
Proven track record in generating leads, closing sales, and managing business relationships.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing deals and driving business growth.
In-depth knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
Familiarity with key competitors, market trends, and regulatory factors.
Communication and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present complex ideas and concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Ability to build and maintain a robust professional network.
A Master’s degree (MBA) can be advantageous,
