We are urgently hiring a logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency in our supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities and implement best practices.
Coordinate with registered transporters and maintain up-to-date documentation (e.g. GIT).
Monitor deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and arrival at customer locations.
Oversee import goods documentation and offloading.
Reconcile physical and system stock (Navision) monthly, ensuring zero discrepancies.
Initiate transport payments as per agreed terms.
Perform other related logistics and warehouse duties.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics / warehouse supervision (manufacturing industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory systems.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.This role is for immediate resumption.
