About the Role
As our IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring our IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient.
You’ll work closely with all departments to provide excellent support, maintain documentation, and contribute to ongoing IT improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, printers, etc.)
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and upgrades
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
Maintain IT documentation and asset records
Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff from a tech perspective
Collaborate with external vendors when necessary
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and basic networking
Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
