Our client is seeking a Store Supervisor/ Officer to take charge of their warehouse operations and ensure seamless control of stock, timely deliveries, and proper documentation.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the store/warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reconciliations
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments to support operational needs
Implement and maintain health and safety procedures within the warehouse
Lead and motivate a team of storekeepers or warehouse staff
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role, or working in a store or warehouse environment
Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehousing best practices
Proficiency in using inventory software and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
