Responsibilities
Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Implementing strategies to increase sales, meet targets, and maximize profitability.
Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ordering merchandise, and managing stock effectively.
Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints.
Store Appearance and Maintenance:Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
Financial Management: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
Compliance and Security: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and security protocols.
Business Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve store goals and adapt to market changes.
Reporting: Analyzing sales data, generating reports, and communicating findings to senior management.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND/BSc Degree
Must be highly skilled, fast and efficient .
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be highly smart, Patience and versatile
Must have idea about how sewing and measurements
Must be computer literate
Must have at least 5 years experience
Must know to work with a team and communicate efficiently.
