Administrative Operations and Management:
Oversee daily administrative operations, develop and optimize policies/procedures.
Manage office facilities, fixed assets and logistics support (procurement/distribution/maintenance).
Organize corporate meetings, events and business receptions with end-to-end coordination.
Supervise company records, licenses, seals and critical documents to ensure compliance and security.
Government Relations & Public Affairs (New Focus Area):
Government Liaison:
Maintain relationship with regulatory bodies (SAIC, Tax, Fire Safety, Public Security, etc).
Monitor policy changes; lead license applications, annual inspections and special approvals.
Coordinate government inspections, audits and official documentation.
External Documentation:
Manage partnerships with property management, vendors and 3rd party service providers.
Engage with industry associations, chambers of commerce and media for resource development.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work with Finance on budget planning and expense control
Support Legal in contract review, compliance checks and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with IT to ensure office systems/equipment functionality.
Team Leadership & Crisis Management:
Lead administrative teams (reception/office support), set KPIs and conduct training.
Handle emergencies (e.g, office safety incidents, system failures).
Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
HND/B.ScĀ in any Social Sciences or relevant areas
8 to 10 years of experience as an Admin Manager.
Experience in a Manufacturing company is a MUST.
