We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Sales and Business Development Officer to drive company revenue by sourcing new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.
Essential Job Functions
Sell solar panels and lease battery energy storage systems (BESS) to clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and pricing
Conduct site visits, presentations, and virtual consultations as required
Identify and pursue new markets, especially in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector
Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Prepare and deliver tailored product pitches, quotations, and presentations
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product demonstrations or technical information.
Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure a smooth handover after sales closure
Collect customer feedback and report market trends
Required Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B or technical sales
Good oral and written English language skills.
Good learning skills and a track record of self-development.
Ability to work without supervision.
Comfortable with sales targets and performance tracking tools.
Strong understanding of customer needs and value-based selling.
