The business development unit of FTTH Operations is in need of Business Development Agents (BDAs) to drive organization’s ambition of owning the home via quality opportunity polygons identification and development for the FibreX broadband business.
Responsibilities
A Business Development Agent who can do FTTh business development field work, must have a track record for the following daily responsibilities:
Scope-out viable areas for FTTH deployment.
Conduct preliminary technical, demographic & economic survey to determine viability of OPs for FTTH deployment.
Engage estates & gated communities for MoU agreement
Track opportunity pipelines (OP) for survey, MoU execution and deployment
Support the salesforce and complete FTTh sales where the opportunity arises.
Develop standard CSR models to support quick & agile MoU negotiations
Drive quick responses for MoU execution by estates, realtors & gated communities.
Requirements
The person must:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years work experience.
Very social & professional
Have a strong business network & acumen
Be extremely familiar with his/her city of operations,
Understand the FTTh value chain, i.e. the product and solution features; the underlying technology & the environmental peculiarity in Nigeria
Know the key stakeholders for a successful FTTh deployment and sales conversion.
Skills & Competencies:
MS office suite
Excel for data analysis work
Google map or any GIS app for mapping & evaluating opportunity polygons
An excellent knowledge of the city/region of operation.
