Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverage items to clients and outlets.
Handle all products with care, maintaining hygiene and temperature standards.
Accurately record delivery details and obtain necessary confirmations.
Perform routine checks on the delivery bike to ensure good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Follow all traffic regulations and company protocols.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an FSLC / NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO
Previous experience in F&B or hospitality dispatch is an added advantage.
Valid rider’s permit and driver’s license.
Familiarity with Lagosroutes.
Strong communication skills, neat appearance, and polite demeanor.
Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
