Job Responsibilities
Operate the weighbridge system to capture accurate weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles
Record and maintain daily weight logs and issue tickets for stock movement
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and dispatch teams to streamline operations
Ensure compliance with weight regulations and internal quality standards
Reconcile weighbridge records with ERP/inventory data
Conduct routine equipment checks and support calibration procedures
Assist security in monitoring site traffic and vehicle entry/exit logs
Requirements & Qualifications
ND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems
Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends when required.
