We are launching a Graduate Trainee Program for Junior Wireline Engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in oil & gas well intervention services with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive wireline training program
Support senior engineers in job planning and execution
Learn wireline equipment operation and maintenance
Assist in data acquisition and analysis
Participate in field operations under supervision
Prepare technical reports and documentation
Attend safety training and certification programmes
Support equipment testing and calibration activities
Learn client interface and communication skills
Participate in continuous learning and development programmes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience)
Strong academic performance (minimum 2nd class upper)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in field conditions
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Learning agility and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering
Internship experience in oil & gas industry
Knowledge of drilling and completion operations
Computer programming and software skills
Leadership experience in university or community activities
Professional society membership (SPE, etc.).
