The AYM Shafa Graduate Trainee Program 2025 seeks ambitious, innovative, and purpose-driven graduates ready to make an impact in the energy sector and beyond.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Be a graduate with a minimum of a second class Lower (2:2) in the following fields:
– Engineering, Technology, and Applied Sciences
– Natural Sciences and Mathematics
– Business, Management, and Social Sciences
– Health, Safety, and Environmental Sciences (HSE)
2. Possess at least five O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
3. Have completed NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter.
4. 0–2 years of work experience
5. Must not be older than 28 years at the time of application.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
7. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
