Job Summary:
The Gas Station Cashier will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous customer service, handling sales transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
The cashier plays a key role in daily operations and is often the first point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cash register, process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, etc.), and provide accurate change.
Handle fuel transactions and activate pumps.
Assist with receiving and checking inventory deliveries.
Follow store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Perform opening and closing duties as needed, including balancing the register.
Monitor and replenish supplies like bags, receipt paper, and cleaning materials.
Qualifications:
A minimum of SSCE qualification or equivalent preferred.
Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus.
Basic math skills and ability to handle money accurately.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
