We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with established connections in the logistics, freight, or trade ecosystem.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role for a commercially minded professional who can win new B2B business, manage relationships, and drive trade volumes.
You will serve as our client’s primary commercial representative, generating leads, closing deals, and building a long-term portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure new business across freight, courier, warehousing, and project logistics
Lead client acquisition, contract negotiation, and onboarding
Represent Prime Next at industry events, trade forums, and client meetings
Collaborate with operations for seamless service delivery
Submit weekly activity reports to senior management
Drive growth in line with company sales goals and defined KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B logistics, freight, or courier sales
Proven track record in high-value deal conversion
Deep understanding of port operations, customs clearance, and the delivery chain
Must have existing leads or ability to generate business within weeks
Structured, fast-thinking, and self-driven
Fluent in English — written and verbal — with strong press.
