Role Purpose
As the Security Manager Enterprise Risk & Investigation, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s people, assets, and operations.
Reporting to the Chief Security Officer (CSO), you will be responsible for corporate security practices, risk management, investigations, and developing protocols that strengthen resilience and enhance the organization’s value.
This role directly reports to the Chief Security Officer.
The role affords you to develop technical and behavioral competencies, that is, skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to successfully perform in the role and contribute to the organization’s goals
Minimum Requirements
Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities (preferably Psychology) or a security related discipline.
Relevant professional security certification.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
Previous military/paramilitary/policing is added advantage.
Technical Competencies:
Good knowledge and understanding of security systems and management.
Ability to pay attention to details and to anticipate security issues from nuances within and outside the business.
Good negotiation skills.
Emotional maturity to understand impact and sensitivity of security issues.
