Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
Identify and engage new business opportunities, including homeowners, businesses, and corporate clients.
Identify and reach out to potential customers (individuals, businesses, NGOs, and institutions).
Promote Solar Depot’s products and services — including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and full solar packages.
Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and help them select the right solutions for their needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Meet agreed-upon sales targets and report progress to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field.
5 years of proven sales or marketing experience (solar industry experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of solar products (training will be provided).
