We are looking for a detail-oriented leader to ensure smooth daily operations across all departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Production, Customer Service, Inventory, and Logistics teams.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly with no disruption to service or production.
Maintain high standards of food quality, order accuracy, and packaging.
Solve problems quickly (staff issues, stock shortages, rider delays, or customer complaints).
Review and summarize daily reports from HODs for management, ensuring negligence never affects production or customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Must reside near Aroma, Awka.
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of work experience (prior experience in food production or restaurant management is a strong plus).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Very Good in clear written and spoken English.
Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Office-based work (23 days per month).
Strong commitment to long-term employment.
