We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager / Lead to oversee our Software Engineering, Business Analysis, and Product Management teams — both internally and across client engagements.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional technology teams — including software engineers, business analysts, and product managers — ensuring excellence in delivery and performance.
Oversee end-to-end technical execution for internal and client projects, from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient, and innovative technical solutions.
Define and implement best practices for development, documentation, testing, and deployment.
Drive alignment between technology, product, and business strategies to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
Assess project risks, manage dependencies, and provide technical leadership in resolving complex challenges.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of technical talent.
Identify and recommend modern tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance team productivity and innovation.
Ensure projects meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years’ experience in software development, product delivery, or technology management — preferably in a consulting, fintech, or digital transformation environment.
Proven experience leading or coordinating engineering, business analysis, and product management functions.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile delivery, and modern technical project management frameworks.
Hands-on technical expertise in areas such as backend/frontend development, cloud systems, or DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
