We have in our group a team of varied experienced managers, engineers, and other skilled workers drawn from the various disciplines that can handle projects of diverse complexity and magnitude to single line responsibility in engineering, and construction projects requiring tens of thousands man hours.Responsibilities
Planning and design: Develop plans and designs for a wide range of projects, including buildings, highways, airports, dams, bridges, and water and sewage systems.
Site investigation: Conduct on-site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and potential risks.
Project management: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to plans.
Technical documentation: Prepare engineering reports, detailed drawings, specifications, and other construction documents.
Compliance and risk assessment: Ensure projects comply with all environmental, safety, and zoning regulations. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaboration: Work with and provide technical guidance to clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is typically required.
5 – 10 years of experience with previous experience in EPC projects
COREN registered and PMP is an advantage
Technical skills: Proficiency in design software, strong mathematical skills, and a solid understanding of construction principles.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Leadership: Ability to lead project teams effectively.
