To lead and manage the full operational environment of the institution’s Situation Room, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, rapid response, accurate intelligence flow, inter-agency coordination, and seamless execution of the daily command cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the National Digital Situation Room
Supervise analysts, monitoring technicians, and shift teams
Run the morning, midday, and evening command cycles
Ensure intelligence flows to Presidency, EFCC, NITDA, ONSA, MDAs
Lead crisis escalation workflows
Maintain situational awareness dashboards
Approve SitReps, daily summaries, weekly command briefs
Drive fulfillment of the 12-week master work-plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Security, or related field. (Master’s preferred)
8 – 12 years experience in operations, intelligence, crisis management or strategic coordination.
Strong crisis management and coordination skills
Experience with high-level reporting and decision systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
