Load and offload materials and finished goods.
Operate basic factory equipment and adhere to safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
Follow all health, safety, and quality control guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements
SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination) or equivalent
Previous experience in a factory or production is an added advantage (Successful candidates will be trained on the job
Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights
Good attitude to work, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends when required.
Basic communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
