Lead the design and delivery of learning programs and strategies that support organizational goals and workforce development in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement learning strategies, SOPs, and training prgrams.
Manage blended learning solutions: classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
Design competency frameworks and career development paths.
Prepare training materials and analyze training effectiveness.
Support talent development from onboarding to leadership training.
Lead L&D projects and manage the L&D team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
Minimum 8 years total experience; 4–5 years in Learning & Development.
Experience in manufacturing setup preferred (ceramic, cement, or glass).
Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Leadership and project management capabilities.
