The Facility Manager will oversee the effective management of the corporate office environment, ensuring that all facilities, systems, and support services operate efficiently, safely, and in line with organizational standards.
The role focuses on creating a professional, secure, and productive workplace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the corporate office facilities, including workspace management, utilities, cleaning, security, and office support services
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
Coordinate and supervise external vendors, contractors, and service providers
Conduct routine inspections of office premises and promptly resolve maintenance issues
Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives
Oversee office space planning, seating arrangements, and office fit-out projects
Support employee comfort and productivity by addressing facility-related concerns
Maintain accurate records of contracts, assets, warranties, and maintenance logs
Support business continuity and emergency response planning
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience managing facilities in a corporate office environment-Experience managing vendors and service-level agreements (SLAs).
