The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities on site.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers.
Monitor materials usage and prevent wastage.
Enforce site safety standards in collaboration with the Safety Officer.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
Qualifications
B.Sc./HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5–8 years’ experience in construction site supervision.
Relevant professional certification or membership (e.g., COREN, NSE, NIOB) is an advantage.
