Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Air Peace Graduate Trainee Program 2026, you must:
Be a graduate with a BSc/HND degree
Have a NCAA Flight Dispatcher Licence (mandatory)
Have 0–2 years of experience
Possess strong knowledge of weather interpretation and flight planning
Have the knowledge of NCAA and ICAO regulations
Demonstrate proficiency in flight planning software and MS Office
Show the ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment
