The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases.
The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Generate basic reports as required
Organize and file documents (physical and electronic)
Work closely with other departments to collect and confirm data
Job Requirements and Skills
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Good typing speed with high level of accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills.
