Applications are now open for the 2027 Capitec Graduate Programme. Capitec is on the lookout for energetic, self-motivated individuals who share our passion for service in the banking industry. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, make real decisions, and contribute in ways that matter. You’re not the CEO, but you’ll be empowered to think, act, and take ownership like one. This is where ambition meets ownership, and where your career starts with impact.

This opportunity gives you more than a role, it gives you:

Ownership from day one

Exposure to real business challenges

The chance to shape outcomes that impact clients

You’ll step into a fast-paced environment where curiosity, energy and client-first thinking drive how we work.

At Capitec, you won’t sit on the sidelines, you’ll contribute, take ownership and grow.
