8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong system architecture and backend design skills.
Experience building production-grade AI agent systems or LLM applications.
Strong Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
Experience with async workflows, event-driven architectures, queues, and state machines.
Solid API integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Slack, etc.).
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases.
Strong testing, observability, and debugging practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Ability to translate product ideas into reliable production systems.
Preferred:
Experience with multi-agent orchestration.
Knowledge of memory architectures, RAG, MCP, and tool calling.
Experience with workflow engines (Temporal, LangGraph, Airflow, etc.).
Experience designing long-running autonomous systems.
