The Meristem Starlet Programme is highly selective. We accept applications from both exceptional fresh graduates and driven early-career professionals looking for a definitive career reset.
Age: 21 to 28 years old.
Applicant must have completed NYSC.
Education: Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of post-NYSC experience (or early-career professionals seeking a structured trajectory reset).
Selection Process
To ensure absolute fairness and quality, a minimum score of 70% is strictly required to pass every single stage.
Stage 1: Aptitude & Finance Assessment
