We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, manage reporting systems, and provide financial insights for business decision-making.
The ideal candidate will lead the finance team and ensure full compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in a packaging and printing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Reconcile financial discrepancies and oversee internal controls.
Liaise with auditors, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.
Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ICAN, ANAN, or equivalent) required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Prior experience in the packaging, printing, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
High ethical standards and attention to detail.
