Accounting Functions:
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
Administrative Functions:
Office Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Communication: Provide administrative support for communication, including email, phone, and mail.
Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets.
Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and record-keeping systems.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
