We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records (AP/AR, general ledger, invoices, receipts, inventory records).
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Manage invoicing, payment disbursements, and expense claims.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely payments.
Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with departments to gather and verify financial data.
Handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
Perform other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong understanding of what the role entails
