Don Quester Consulting is seeking a highly organized and driven Administrative & Consulting Support Officer (Entry Level) for a full-time role.
The successful candidate will support daily administrative operations while assisting with consulting projects and client engagements. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in consulting and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full-time administrative support across consulting projects and internal operations
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and training materials
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, workshops, and client engagements
Manage schedules, records, correspondence, and documentation
Support research, data gathering, and basic analysis for consulting assignments
Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Ensure accurate filing and documentation of consulting and administrative records.
Requirements
0–1 year experience (internship or NYSC experience acceptable) with BSc. in Business Administration, Management, HR, Social Sciences, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good attention to detail, multitasking ability and willingness to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
