We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to oversee office management and ensure the smooth daily operations of the school.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining student and staff records, coordinating office activities, managing correspondence, handling scheduling, and ensuring compliance with school policies.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support the administrative needs of the school effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school office.
Maintain and update student, staff, and school records in compliance with policies and regulations.
Manage school correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official communications.
Coordinate school schedules, meetings, and events for staff and students.
Assist in processing admissions, enrollment, and student documentation.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure all administrative resources are available.
Handle financial administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and tracking expenses.
Support teachers and school staff with administrative requests and documentation.
Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations.
Address parent and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in administrative or office management
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
