Location: Kadawa, Kano, Nigeria
Employment Type:Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage crop production and seed multiplication programs
- Conduct field trials and analyze data to improve crop yield and quality
- Provide agronomic support to farmers and partners
- Monitor pest, disease, and soil health
- Collaborate with R&D to implement innovative agricultural practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience
- Strong knowledge of seed systems and crop management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions
