Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working across the full ML lifecycle and can translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for production use
Build and deploy ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model serving
Develop APIs and interfaces for model deployment and integration with applications
Monitor and retrain models in production as part of an MLOps workflow
Work with structured/unstructured data across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and KPIs
Requirements
2–5 years hands-on experience in production ML development
Strong proficiency in Python, pandas, NumPy, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Demonstrated experience with ML lifecycle: problem framing → feature engineering → training → evaluation → deployment → monitoring
Experience building models for: recommendations systems, forecasting, classification & NLP or computer vision
Experience with cloud-based ML deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Familiarity with API development and microservice-based model serving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
