Responsible for managing company assets and maintaining accurate records using the ERP system to ensure proper tracking, accountability, and reporting.
Job Description:
Maintain and update asset records on the ERP system
Track asset movement, allocation, and usage across locations
Ensure all asset documentation is accurate and up to date
Conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation
Generate reports on asset status, utilization, and discrepancies
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure proper asset management
Support data entry, system updates, and ERP-related processes
Ensure compliance with company policies on asset control
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in asset management, admin, or ERP-related role
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage data and work independently
