We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store management.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in supermarket/retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager in daily store operations
Supervise staff and ensure efficient task execution
Monitor sales performance and stock levels
Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation
Handle customer complaints and escalations
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
5–10 years experience in a supermarket/retail environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of store operations and inventory control
