Customer Service:
Greeting customers and assisting with their banking needs.
Answering customer questions about accounts, services, and procedures.
Providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
Record Keeping and Accuracy:
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of the day.
Verifying numerical amounts and examining financial documents.
Ensuring accuracy of transactions.
Other Responsibilities:
Identifying and cross-selling bank products and services.
Adhering to compliance and operational risk controls.
Maintaining customer confidentiality.
Answering phones.
Filling out paperwork/deposit and withdrawal slips
Handling Transactions:
Processing wire transfers.
Managing ATM deposits and withdrawals.
Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Handling checks and cash.
Issuing cashier’s checks, money orders, and currency orders.
Selling license stickers.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 years of experience.
