Assist in construction supervision, renovations, and site coordination.
Prepare construction drawings, material schedules, and site reports.
Monitor compliance with building specifications and quality standards.
Support maintenance and facility-upgrade activities.
Requirements:
B.Tech. / HND / B.Sc. in Building Technology or related field.
Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., NIOB, CORBON) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in building works, site supervision, and project documentation.
Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
