We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst (HIA) with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will turn data into insights that support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Create and manage SQL queries and databases.
Work with teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Business) with 3 years’ experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with Excel and data modeling.
